This market resolves to YES as soon as a high-speed rail service is commercially available between Sydney and Melbourne (defined as the terminuses being within 30 km of the CBD). It must be capable of supporting sustained speeds of >250 km/h for at least half of the track length, be available to the general public, and be a continuous service not involving any train-to-train transfers. Otherwise, this market will resolve to NO if no such service is available by January 1st, 2050.
